🧭 Find Your True North
Because “Some Guy on YouTube” or Writing a Blog Post Isn’t a Strategy
A wise teacher once shared this with me and I thought I apply it to Bitcoin and share it with you!
What do you believe?
How do you know it’s true?
Who told you?
What if they are wrong?
Quote of the Day
“If you don’t decide what you believe, someone else will do it for you.” -Unknown
Find Your True North
(Because “Trust Me Bro” Is Not a Strategy)
Let’s be real for a second.
Bitcoin has a lot of opinions.
Every day, someone online is telling you:
Bitcoin is going to zero
Bitcoin is going to the moon
Bitcoin is doing something very important next week
Everyone sounds confident.
Everyone has a microphone.
Everyone has a chart.
But here’s the question most people never ask:
What do you believe about Bitcoin?
Not what a podcaster believes.
Not what a YouTuber said in all caps.
Not what went viral on X.
What do you believe—and why?
Borrowed Beliefs Don’t Last
It’s easy to let other people think for you.
Influencers are smooth.
They talk fast.
They sound smart.
But here’s the problem:
Borrowed beliefs fall apart under pressure.
When price goes down:
Borrowed beliefs panic
Borrowed beliefs get angry
Borrowed beliefs say, “This wasn’t supposed to happen”
Not because Bitcoin failed—
but because the belief was never really theirs.
So ask yourself:
How do I know what I believe is true?
Who told me this?
What if they are wrong?
Because sometimes… they are.
When Talk and Reality Don’t Match
If you’ve been here long enough, you’ve seen it.
Someone says:
“There’s no way that happens.”
And then it happens.
That doesn’t mean Bitcoin is broken.
It means stories are not facts.
Bitcoin moves because of:
Money
Rules
People
Fear and greed
Not because someone sounded confident on a podcast.
If your belief breaks the first time things don’t go as planned, that belief was never strong to begin with.
Find Your True North
Here’s the big idea:
Your True North is not the price of Bitcoin.
It’s not $100K.
It’s not ATH screenshots.
It’s not being “right” on the internet.
Your True North is why Bitcoin matters to you.
Ask yourself:
Why do I care about Bitcoin?
What do I want it to do in my life?
Is it about saving?
Freedom?
Security?
Options for the future?
A better money system?
There’s no wrong answer.
The only wrong move is never deciding at all.
Vision First. Everything Else Second.
Most people start with:
“When do I buy?”
“When do I sell?”
“What’s the top?”
“What’s the bottom?”
That’s like choosing a route before knowing where you’re going.
Instead:
Step 1: Pick your vision
What does “winning” actually look like for you?
Step 2: Decide Bitcoin’s role
Is it savings? A long-term bet? A backup plan?
Step 3: Stick to a simple plan
Learn. Accumulate. Secure. Wait.
Yes—wait.
That’s the hardest part.
Real Conviction Is Quiet
The strongest Bitcoiners aren’t loud.
They don’t panic every week.
They don’t change their mind every headline.
They don’t need constant reassurance.
They’ve:
Asked hard questions
Been wrong before
Learned from it
Their belief didn’t come from hype.
It came from understanding.
So listen to podcasts.
Watch YouTube.
Read posts.
Just don’t let anyone else decide for you.
Final Thought
Bitcoin doesn’t ask you to believe blindly.
It asks you to think for yourself.
Find your True North.
Decide what Bitcoin means to you.
And let everything else be noise.
Because in Bitcoin—and in life—
Clarity beats confidence. Every time.
Question of the Day
What role do you want Bitcoin to play in your life five years from now—and why?

Nice!
